Refund Policy — Flights

Flight refunds depend primarily on the airline and the fare class purchased. Please read your airline ticket rules at the time of booking — some fares are non-refundable.

Refund eligibility: Refunds apply when the fare permits it (refundable ticket) or when the airline cancels/changes the flight beyond a specific threshold.

Cancellation by passenger: Refunds for refundable fares are processed once the airline confirms cancellation. Non-refundable fares may only receive tax refunds or a credit voucher, depending on the airline.

Processing time: Typically 7–21 business days depending on the airline and card issuer.

Fees: Airline cancellation charges, service fees, and administrative charges may apply.

Refund Policy — Hotels

Hotel refunds vary based on property rules and room type. Cancellation policies are shown at the time of booking.

    Flexible bookings: Refundable if cancelled before the hotel's cancellation window (commonly 24–72 hours before check-in).

    Non-refundable bookings: No refund may be provided unless the hotel authorizes an exception.

    No-show or late cancellation: May result in a penalty or full reservation charge based on hotel terms.

    Processing time: Refunds are typically processed within 5–14 business days after hotel confirmation.

Refund Policy — Car Rentals

Refunds for car rentals are based on the rental company's policy and the type of booking selected.

    Free cancellation period: Many bookings allow free cancellation if done 24–48 hours before pickup.

    Prepaid/non-refundable rentals: May not be eligible for a refund unless approved by the rental supplier.

    No-show/late cancellation: The reservation may be charged fully if not cancelled within the allowed time.

    Security deposit refunds: Deposits are released after vehicle return and may take several days depending on the bank.
